REGISTRATIONS FOR
FIRST COMMUNION AND CONFIRMATION
(ages 7 and older only)

CLASSES ONLY OFFERED ONLINE VIA ZOOM

(Schedules subject to change depending on Catechist availability)

The Religious Education Program invites the members of our community to prepare to register for the Sacraments of Eucharist and Confirmation

Please request Registration requirements and the online Form, at faithformoffice.com.

Required documents MUST be scanned and emailed to faithformoffice.com. Students returning to Year Two MUST follow the registration process again.

Please note: Students 13 years and older and require Baptism and/or First Communion need to register in the Confirmation Program.

ENGLISH: Saturdays

Persons 18 years and older and desire the Sacraments are very welcome to inform the Office so we may begin a journey with you.

El programa de la Educación Religiosa invita a los miembros de nuestra comunidad para registrarse para los Sacramentos de la Eucaristía y Confirmación.

Favor de hacer la solicitud de los requisitos de registro y el formulario en línea a faithformoffice.com. Los documentos que se requieren DEBEN ser escaneados y enviados por correo electrónico a faithformoffice.com Los estudiantes que regresan al segundo año DEBEN seguir el mismo proceso de inscripción nuevamente.

Tome en cuenta: los estudiantes de 13 años y mayores que requieren bautismo y /o la primera comunión deben registrarse en el programa de confirmación.

Todas las clases en línea serán a través de ZOOM. Los horarios pueden cambiar a veces debido a la disponibilidad del catequista.
